All content on mopflow.app and in the Mopflow application (text, images, videos, source code, logo, “Atelier” design system) is the exclusive property of BARCELO'NET, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, display, modification, or unauthorized use of these elements, in any form, is prohibited without prior written consent from BARCELO'NET, and exposes the offender to legal action under the French Intellectual Property Code.
4. Trademarks
“Mopflow” and the Mopflow logo are trademarks of BARCELO'NET. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal data
Personal data processing is detailed in the privacy policy and on the personal data (GDPR) page.
6. Cookies
Mopflow uses only cookies strictly necessary for the service to operate (authentication, user preferences). No third-party advertising or audience-measurement cookies are set without the user's explicit consent.
7. Limitation of liability
BARCELO'NET makes every effort to keep information on the website and application accurate and up to date. However, BARCELO'NET cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the information made available, nor the continuity of the service.
BARCELO'NET shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Mopflow website or application.
8. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts having jurisdiction over BARCELO'NET's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
